The villa management requests the customers to inform in time with written communication for any changes or cancellations concerning their reservation as soon as possible.

- In case of cancellation of the reservation more than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, there is no financial charge and entails the return of the entire deposit amount by the accommodation.
- For cancellation of reservations less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival, the customer is charged 50% of the total stay based on his reservation.
- In case of cancellation in less than 7 days, on arrival, during the stay, or for no show at the hotel (no show), the customer is charged 100% of the stay based on his reservation.
- In exceptional cases, the villas reserves the right to cancel the reservation or to modify, replace or withdraw any service, installation or provision without notice, if necessary. In this case, the villas is obliged to return the total amount you have paid for your reservation, while it will make every effort to ensure you stay in another accommodation of at least the same category, in the same city that offers similar amenities and facilities.
- For non-refundable reservations, the entire amount of the reservation is charged at the same time as the reservation confirmation, while modifications and cancellations are not allowed. The charge is made either by bank deposit or PayPal and credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express, at the time of booking. In case of cancellation, the deposit is non-refundable.

Bymaking a reservation, you declare that you have full knowledge andunconditional acceptance of the accommodation, booking, payment andcancellation policies. Prices are in euros, per villa and per night and requirea stay of at least five (5) nights. Contact the accommodation for less days.

Advance payment and Payments
For the full confirmation of your reservation you must prepay 100% of the total value of your stay.
Payments by cash, bank transfers, PayPal and credit cards Visa, MasterCard, American Express are accepted. You must inform the property upon arrival if you wish to issue an invoice for your stay.
The deposit must be made within one (1) working day from the publication of the bank account of the accommodation to the interested customer (by sending an e-mail from the accommodation which includes all the necessary payment details), otherwise the booking will be canceled without further notice and the villa will be vacated.
A copy of the deposit receipt (depository) must be sent to the property (via e-mail) immediately.
For non-refundable reservations, the full amount of the reservation will be charged at the same time as the reservation confirmation, while modifications and cancellations are not allowed.
Any additional charges incurred during your stay will be reimbursed upon your departure.
Guarantee amount
When booking, in case of payment by card, an amount equal to one extra night is automatically reserved as a guarantee, which is released 24 hours after check out.
In case of bank deposit, you will be asked for a credit card upon arrival. The property reserves the right to pre-authorize the credit card upon receipt of an incoming booking, and reserves the right to cancel a booking if the credit card information is invalid.

Free Services
Clean linens and towels are provided every three days. Additional amenities (eg. baby cots, high chairs, etc.) are accepted on request and subject to availability. It is not possible to add an extra bed for adults.
Pets
Pets are only allowed on request at no extra charge. Trained pets up to 14 kg are allowed to live inside the villas. All other pets can stay outside the Villas which are safe and demarcated.
Swimming Pool
Before using the swimming pool please read the regulations in the surrounding area. The common quiet hours during the summer season are: 15:00 - 17:30.
Customer Behavior
Guests are kindly requested to ensure that they do not cause any inconvenience, that they behave politely, and that they respect the other occupants and the staff of the property. Also, all occupants must comply with the accommodation regulations, while the accommodation reserves the right to refuse access or to expel with any reservation any person whose behavior it considers critical. In this case, the accommodation is not obliged to pay any compensation.
Room Damage / Damages
In case of damage to a room, villa or to the other property due to deceit, will or negligence, the property reserves the right to charge the amount of damage suffered, including damage due to cessation of activities, to the credit / debit card of the registered customer. In cases where the customer has not paid by credit card, but in cash or otherwise, the accommodation will require immediate payment of the amount of damage suffered by the customer otherwise all legal rights are reserved.
In cases of damage or loss of items carried by visitors, or the persons for which they are responsible, as well as in cases where the damage, destruction or loss is due to force nature, such as earthquake, fire, etc. or special circumstances, the company is released from any liability.
Other notices
- The Villas are developed on many levels. Please pay extra attention to balconies, stairs and outdoors. There should be constant supervision of minors.
- "Inorato villas" disclaims any responsibility for property damage or personal injury caused by accidents or caused by misconduct and / or negligence of the basic safety rules.
- Please insure your home in your absence. The property is not responsible for the loss or theft of your personal belongings during your stay.
- In case of bad weather (strong wind, rain, etc.) please close the umbrellas outdoors.
- For the use of electrical / electronic appliances, please follow the instruction books found on the property.
- Use of the BBQ is at your own risk. Please always follow the instructions for safe use on the device.
- For energy saving during your stay away from the accommodation make sure you turn off the air conditioners and lights.
- Upon your departure, the accommodation is checked. In case of theft or damage / destruction of property, "Inorato villas" reserves the right to any legal right.
- Smoking is not allowed inside the property. Events and parties are not allowed.
- It is not allowed to spend the night in the accommodation and the use of its facilities by people other than the tenants.
- All Villas are located in nature in a forest environment. The presence of insects around and inside the shelters is expected despite the systematic disinfestation that takes place.
